As President of The Pioneer Highlands Civic Association, Inc., Jones has led efforts to foster civic engagement, beautify the community, and improve residents’ safety. Jones continuously advocates for residents who live adjacent to industrial properties, ensuring that all surrounding activities adhere to regulations enforced to promote community members' well-being.  Her commitment to beautification extends beyond aesthetics, as she believes that beauty includes creating welcoming public spaces that inspire pride and foster a sense of belonging. Jones has championed efforts to unite neighbors, amplify residents’ voices, and promote collaborative problem-solving.
